My name is Paul Boag. I’ve worked in digital for 25 years, written six books, and launched the first-ever podcast on web design. I speak internationally and write for numerous publications.

However, my fundamental role is as a customer experience consultant, helping organizations overcome departmental silos, internal politics, and a plethora of customer touchpoints to create an outstanding experience.

An experience that improves conversion increases brand awareness and boosts customer lifetime value.

I do this by providing training, audits, and strategy. However, most of my work is coaching clients to implement best practices in challenging organizational environments.

My primary role is to help savvy marketers, product owners, and UX advocates demonstrate that a useable, accessible, and people-first experience is the best path to business success.
