My content creation team comprises project managers, developers, designers, QA testers, SEOs, salespeople, and customer service representatives. Together, they form a cohesive unit and work hard to build a fantastic product.
However, my team was struggling to reach its goals. The project manager was overwhelmed by the work, and the customer service representative had difficulty effectively engaging customers.
