My content creation team comprises project managers, developers, designers, QA testers, SEOs, salespeople, and customer service representatives. Together, they form a cohesive unit and work hard to build a fantastic product.
However, my team was struggling to reach its goals. The project manager was overwhelmed by the work, and the customer service representative had difficulty effectively engaging customers. Meanwhile, the developer and designer were working hard to create the product, but the QA tester was having trouble keeping up with the pace of the project.
