Seth serves on the National Trial Lawyers Association’s executive committee. He has achieved a perfect 10/10 on the attorney rating site AVVO, received an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell, was named a Super Lawyer by Thompson Reuters, and was also named a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of AAJ’s Leader Forum.
When not leading his firm, Seth is heavily involved in helping his community and is an avid supporter of the education reform movement. He strives to create educational opportunities for inner-city youth who lack the resources to access a top-rate education. That includes his work as Board Chair Emeritus of KIPP Baltimore, a regional charter school network branch. Seth resides in Chevy Chase, Maryland and is married with three children.
